How do I start a return?

Returns & Refunds within 21 Days:
We gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 21 days of purchase. Simply contact us at contact@shopenrouteglobal.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. All sample sale items are final ineligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. All pre-orders are ineligible for refunds until the item has been received. Exchanges are subject to availability and inventory.
Returns after 21 days: Returns requested after 21 days are subject to review. We will only accept returns if: The item is unused, unworn, and still in its original packaging. The item is free from damage, stains, or visible signs of use.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- - Used or damaged items, including signs of wear and tear.
- - Items without the original packaging or any missing parts.
- - Any product that has been customized or altered in any way.
If your return is approved after 21 days, we will offer store credit depending on the condition of the item.

6-Month Product Warranty
At EnRoute Global, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 6-month limited warranty on all of our luggage and travel accessories.
If you encounter any defects in materials or craftsmanship within the first six months from your purchase date, we’ve got you covered.
What’s Covered:
- - Defects in materials (e.g., zippers, fabric, handles).
- - Issues with workmanship (e.g., construction, wheels, or locks).
What’s Not Covered:
- - Normal wear and tear from everyday use, such as scratches, scuffs, or fading.
- - Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or mishandling (e.g., airline baggage damage).
- - Modifications or alterations to the original product.
- - Incidental or consequential damages.
How to Make aClaim:
If you believe your product is covered under warranty, contact us at contact@shopenrouteglobal.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Once we review your claim, we'll arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue. Replacements are subject to availability and stock!
